The Below Terms and Conditions are reference to Britvic's 'Mix a new flavour to win £20K promotion'.
- The Promotion is exclusively open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales, Channel Island and Isle of Man, aged 18 years or over. This is
excluding employees and their immediate families of Britvic Soft Drinks Limited, their agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion
- Entries are restricted to one per person, no purchase necessary
- Online entry only via www.j2O.co.uk. Entrants required to choose 2 fruits from the pre-populated choices
and submit their new J2O flavour
- The winner will be randomly drawn under independent supervision from all those entries that select the combination that proves to be most popular
- The promotion opens 11th March 2011 and will close 4th September 2011
- The winner will receive a prize of £20,000 with the probability that their flavour will be subject to a limited edition launch in 2012. The winner
will be announced on www.j2O.co.uk no later than 12th September 2011, subject to participants supplying correct verification required for redemption
- The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date, and their name and county will be published on
www.j2O.co.uk for a minimum of three months after closing date
- If the winner cannot be contacted within further 28 days the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve
selected at the same time as the original
- Any deliberate attempt to damage or tamper with the website or the information on it, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the
Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to
seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoter may at its sole discretion disqualify any entrant suspected of interfering with the
fair administration of the Promotion
- Responsibility cannot be accepted for submissions delayed, corrupted or received after the closing date
- Winner may be required to take part in any publicity resulting from this promotion
- The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into
- Winner of the prize will be emailed to ask for written verification of their postal address and that they are18 years or over. A photocopy of proof
of age will be required
- The Winner will have no rights to any intellectual property created from this promotion or rights to any proceeds of any sort arising form the
promotion or sale of the new Products.
